Nia® Fitness
Mondays 7 – 8:pm
January 13, 2025, until March 17, 2025. No Class on Family Day, February 17, 2025.
Nia® is a fusion fitness program that combines dance, martial arts, and mindfulness practices to condition your whole body, clear your mind, and make you feel good. Movement options are given for three intensity levels, making Nia® suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Typically done barefoot, feel free to wear thin-soled footwear. Bring a yoga mat for more comfortable stretching on the floor during cool-down.

Tai Chi
Tuesdays 7 - 8 pm
January 14, 2025, until March 18, 2025.
Drop in class. Free with Idylwylde Community League membership. Learn the 24 formations of Tai Chi. Wear comfortable clothing and indoor shoes. For all levels.
